Anthony Hamilton is ready to bring out the hits with the upcoming Verzuz Tv battle Valentine’s Day edition with his opponent Musiq Soulchild. Anthony talks about the tours he and Musiq Soulchild had in the past and seeing how far they both have come. He says he would consider recording a new single with Musiq Soulchild after the two of them go hit for hit on February 15th.
Anthony is nominated for a few NAACP Image Awards. He’s grateful to be nominated for Outstanding Male Artist amongst the other great nominees, Drake, J. Cole, Lil Nas X and Giveon. The two nominations that he is the most excited about are Best Duo “Superstar” with Jennifer Hudson and Best Duo “Complicated (Remix)” with Leela James. Anthony says that the NAACP Image Awards represent black beauty and excellence – that it is the Grammy Awards Show for us!
