AspireCon 2024 had the opportunity to call Jamaica home this year. AspireCon is in its 4th year of being an inspiring and transformative event with over 200 women in attended this year. AspireCon was created by New York Times best selling author Ashley Antoinette along with this years amazing host Verea Bibbs (“Oh Heyy Vee). Affectionately known as #AshArmy, this year’s attendees were hosted at the beautiful Royalton Resort in Negril, Jamaica. This years conference brought some very powerful speakers such as CEO and Founder of Pinq Inc., Brittany Freeman the leading expert when it comes to marketing strategy and business coaching. This year keynote speakers included Yandy Harris owner of Yelle Beauty Skin Care and Jesseca Harris-Dupart CEO of Kaleidoscope Hair Care Products. This year also introduced AspireCon’s first Sunday Service lead by Pastor Aventar Gray of Relentless Church.  LaTavia Roberson founding member of super girl group Destiny’s Child received the first annual Woman of Excellence Award. The event aimed to empower women to break barriers, embrace leadership roles, and drive change in their communities. Coupled with Jamaica’s breathtaking scenery and rich cultural heritage, AspireCon  was an unforgettable and empowering experience.
