Picture ritzy Beverly Hills, in the year 2002. Beautiful people driving beautiful cars, wearing beautiful clothes fill the swanky high-end shops along the Rodeo streets. An ambitious black man with a unique concept enters the scene and changes the beauty game with his salon that is dedicated to all things eyebrows. This was Damone Roberts’ introduction to the beauty industry in one of the most known famous cities in the world, but this was just the beginning.
Damone Roberts took his love for cosmetic artistry and created his own lane at a time when many people didn’t quite understand his vision. After all, how could someone build an entire around eyebrows?
