The Bobbi Kristina Serenity House Gala, hosted by R&B Legendary Singer Bobby Brown and Alicia Etheredge-Brown, took place on Monday, March 4th, at the Taglyan Complex Center in Los Angeles, CA.

The evening was a remarkable celebration of resilience, compassion, and the unwavering commitment to end domestic violence.

The gala was graced by esteemed guests, such as boxing legend Mike Tyson and comedians Cedric The Entertainer, Chris Spencer, and Michael Blackson, alongside notable figures like Apollonia and Larkin Arnold, former Vice President of Capitol Records, while the evening was illuminated by captivating performances from talents like Shalea, Howard Hewett, Mike Phillips, and Eric Benet, supported by the dynamic sounds of The Unit.

The event commenced with a heartfelt introduction by R&B Legend Bobby Brown, who shared the mission and origins of the Bobbi Kristina Serenity House. Named in honor of his beloved daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, the organization stands as a beacon of hope and support for those affected by domestic violence.

Alicia Etheredge-Brown, co-founder of The Bobbi Kristina Serenity House, delivered a powerful message, highlighting the prevalence of domestic violence globally and the urgent need for prevention and support services.

She emphasized the organization’s commitment to providing shelter, resources, and empowerment to survivors, echoing Bobbi Kristina’s spirit of resilience and hope.

The evening featured a special presentation of the Courage of Voice Award to Supervisor Holly J. Mitchell, honoring her remarkable contributions to the community. While Supervisor Mitchell was unable to attend in person, a heartfelt video message conveyed the immense gratitude and admiration for her dedication.

Additionally, Madisen Williams was honored with the prestigious Thriver Award.

The gala also included moving tributes to Bobbi Kristina Brown and survivors of domestic violence, showcasing the transformative impact of support and empowerment. Survivor stories, such as that of Maribel, highlighted the importance of organizations like Brookview House in providing a lifeline to those in need.

The event culminated in a Live Auction/Donation/Paddle Raise, providing attendees with an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of survivors.

The beloved television personality Loni Love served as the host for the wonderful gala who emphasized the power of generosity and encouraged guests to unite in their efforts to create lasting change.

Bobby Brown concluded the evening by introducing a captivating jam session featuring Howard Hewett, Eric Benet, Mike Phillips, and other special guests, delivering a memorable finale to an unforgettable evening.
