Saturday concert goers were treated to a wonderful evening of Jazz featuring 4X Grammy nominated, multi-platinum R&B/Jazz saxophonist, songwriter and producer, Boney James and 5X Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter and producer, Lalah Hathaway. The show was hosted by comedian and radio host Griff who kept the crowd laughing throughout the evening. Lalah Hathaway opened the Royal Entertainment-produced show and treated concert goers to a new song and medley of well-known favorites.
Boney James closed the show as he always does ~ with everyone energized and out of their seats ~ clearly captivated by the music!! He performed several of his top tunes and fully engaged attendees at the packed Mable House Barnes Amphitheater. The concert was perfect for those who wanted to get unplugged over the long weekend.
