The holidays are here and Buttah Skin By Dorion Renaud is bringing the heat with their latest celebrity-led campaign titled MELANIN ON ICE which features singer, model and actress Cassie. The first images from the brand’s Winter campaign, shot by photographer & visual artist Tyren Redd, features founder Dorion in a sparkling red-sequined suit by Dolce & Gabbana and Cassie wearing a barely there shiny silver dress by Paco Rabanne and platinum blonde hair against a festive, snowy backdrop reminiscent of Y2K. Pictured together, the two make Fire & Ice.
This campaign was brought to life by an incredible celebrity styling team which includes stylist and TV personality Brad Goreski (CANADA’S DRAG RACE) & makeup artist EJ Gregory who styled Dorion’s look for the shoot, plus Monica Rose, makeup artist Rokael and hairstylist Tiger Bahmb who all collaborated on Cassie’s look.
Both Dorion and Cassie are available for interviews in support of the brand’s holiday campaign and can discuss how the idea came together between two long-time friends, and their Buttah Skin must-haves this season. Cassie will also join Dorion for an appearance at the Allure Store in New York City on Wednesday, December 14 from 7:30 – 9:00 pm to support the holiday campaign
