    Feeling bloated? Gin and Tonic with a slice of lime it is. With only 114 calories it’s low in sugar, great for joint pain and also has been proven to be the best drinks for diabetics. It’s one of the only spirits that rarely cause a hangover.
  5. Traditional Margarita
    Staying happy and healthy is easy when it comes to Tequila. At only 124 calories a traditional margarita has little calories, carbs and sugar. The recipe is made of one ounce of lime juice and a shot of tequila. The lime juice alone provides 13 percent of vitamin C recommended for your daily intake. Cut the triple sec and stick to straight lime juice.
