Philadelphia Native Tiffany Ford has a longstanding career in childcare spanning over 15 years. As the owner of Little Leaders Learning Academy, co-owner of Stages Community School, and the founder of Leaders and Legends Performing Arts Academy – Ford offers parents and students various resources that will set them up for success.
“The biggest issue is with early learning and how many people think it’s an option, not a necessity,” Ford said. “They think that teaching children self-regulation skills is an option, but children need that even before entering school. Parents need to understand the need for early education. It’s good for them as well.”
Ford also uses her time to assist growing entrepreneurs within education to launch individual childcare centers and schools. Ensuring that underprivileged and minority children across America have the tools, guidance, and experienced leaders to succeed is at the top of Tiffany’s priorities.
