When you think about various things to do in the city of Atlanta, there are many things that come to mind.

However, business owners Eryn Jackson and Alannah Vincent have come up with a goldmine concept called Dine & Design that is defiantly going to be the talk of the town . These two amazing women are a positive example of what hard work, passion, support, creativity and #FriendshipGoals represent.

Check out this exclusive interview with the visionaries of Dine and Design

How did you both (Eryn & Alannah) come up with the Dine & Design concept?

Alannah and I have always wanted to become entrepreneurs since college. After college, we were at a point where we were unhappy with our careers. Alannah is a great artist and I love paint and sips. So, we decided to open up one of our own; but make it more relatable to all demographics and most of all FUN! I got the idea when my husband and I went to a paint and sip for a traditional date night. He loved the idea, but he said he wouldn’t come back because there was only wine, the music wasn’t great, and there was no FOOD. After that I told Alannah… okay, I know what we have to do to make this the best paint and sip ever! Hence, Dine and Design was born! We thought it would be fun to make Dine and Design a 90s theme. If you had to choose, what would you say everyone’s favorite decade would be that was less complicated and all about just being you and having fun? The 90s! So, that’s how we came up with the theme for Dine and Design. We have recently made the change to make Dine and Design completely mobile! That’s Right! We will bring the Dine and Design experience to your home, birthday party, bridal shower, or event space. We are so blessed to have this opportunity, and we can’t wait for Dine and Design to be the talk of Atlanta.

What makes Dine & Design different from other sip & paint concepts

We are different from our competitors because we offer a full-service bar, hot appetizers, hookah rentals, and pop up photo booth rentals. We will have a designated package for each option. Each package automatically comes with hot appetizers and bottomless drinks during your painting session. Oh,did I mention, we will have the best music playing while you are letting your inner Picasso shine!

With female entrepreneurship at an all time high, where do you want to see Dine & Design in 5 years.

First of all, I want to say how amazing is it that WOMEN are out here making things happen! We are finally taking ownership and making things happen for the betterment for ourselves and the economy of this country. But, to get back on topic, we will eventually want to franchise and allow all to have the opportunity to bring a Dine and Design location to their hometown.

While creating this businesses, did you have any mentors help you along the way?

No, we didn’t. We basically knew what we wanted did our research and went for it!

What advice would you both give other female entrepreneurs who aspire to embark on this journey on day?

Eryn – I would say, don’t let anyone tell you, you can’t accomplish your dreams. If you have an idea that can change your circumstances. I say pray and ask God to lead the way. I am a living testimony anything is possible with God.

Alannah – Keep God first, write down your goals for your business and work towards them every day. It won’t happen all at once. Rome wasn’t built in a day be patient.

What is a quote that you live by?

ErynI can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

AlannahBreak the spirit the average. We are not meant to be average or live average lives. Make a goal, write it down then execute. In breaking the spirit of average, you have to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
