Creative minds in the DMV (DC, Maryland & Virginia Metropolitan) area have soared to new heights in the arena of film and television. However, this did not come without prayer, struggle, strikes in Hollywood, lack of jobs and COVID. Despite this stress many visionaries in the DMV held on to their dreams. They had no clue as to when their next film or tv project would get green lit or when their next acting job would come. So, they banded together as a support system encouraging one another crews to stick it out.

They continued to create in their homes through the pandemic. They sparked films and tv show ideas on paper during the strike. They kept hope alive through their unified prayers, joint financing and sharing crews to endure their hardship. They worked on their acting craft with intimate coaching settings. The DMV citizens film permit offices and media have been a pillar to their success after a series catastrophic events.
