Generation Z, also known as Gen Z, is the generation born between 1997 and 2012. As this generation enters the workforce, they are changing the way we view work. Here’s how-

  5. Socially conscious: Gen Z is socially conscious and values companies that prioritize social responsibility and sustainability. This has led to an increase in corporate social responsibility initiatives and a focus on sustainability in the workplace.
  6. Collaborative: Gen Z values collaboration and teamwork. They are looking for work environments that foster collaboration and encourage teamwork. This has led to a shift towards more collaborative work environments and the adoption of collaborative tools and platforms.
