You know it’s a function whenever TDE is involved. On Wednesday, July 21st, Isaiah Rashad took over Two Bit Circus in Los Angeles to celebrate his highly-anticipated forthcoming project, THE HOUSE IS BURNING, slated to be released next Friday (July 30th). The venue itself is its own theme park, with endless arcade games, virtual reality, and endless fun.

The private event reeled in select friends, family, and media, who were welcomed with free liquor, free tacos, a 360 photo booth, and all things TDE. Of course, the TDE family was present with SZA,  Rock, SiR, Reason, Doechii, and Zacari, but artists such as Lizzo, Guapdad 4000, Buddy, and more.

Around 10:30pm, Zay called everyone to the stage, standing in front of a backdrop with his name Isaiah Rashad spelled out in multi-colored crayon writing. Finally, it was time to hear the new project, and the energy in the room could not have been more genuine. Kicking off the listening in a green Gucci jacket (which soon came off), Isaiah began by playing his record with Jay Rock and Jay Worthy, both who came on stage to perform their verses.

Next up was “Headshots,” which had the die-hard fans in the building singing along word for word. While Zay was the star of the evening, he made it a point to put on his people, with Doechii in particular stealing the show. Next up was Zay’s song with Lil Uzi, before SZA popped on stage to vibe out with the crew.

The evening ended with Isaiah handing out two album covers, and signing a bunch of autographs for the fans. Guests were gifted a bag on their way out, with a long sleeve tee, an eighth of cannabis, and an Isaiah Rashad sticker.
