Actress, Jodie Turner-Smith has just locked down an exciting new role!
We’ve just learned that Turner-Smith will star in Netflix’s The Witcher: Blood Origin.

At this time, we know that she will portray an elite warrior, Éile. Deadline has reported that her story revolves around her departure from the clan in order to become a nomadic comedian. Previously, Turner-Smith starred in Queen & Slim alongside Daniel Kaluuya. Declan de Barra will be the project’s showrunner and executive producer while Lauren Schmidt Hissrich will also executive produce. The premiere date for this project has yet to be announced. The second season of the franchise’s original installment will return to Netflix this year.
