The official release date for the Marvel box office hit Black Panther sequel has just been revealed. Fans of Marvels are looking forward to the big release that’s set for July 8, 2022. Marvel Studios President, Kevin Feige confirmed the sequel titled, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever will not recast Boseman’s T’Challa character Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige confirmed.

Boseman lost his fight with colon cancer last August at age 43, but his legacy will forever live on.

“Chadwick Boseman was an immensely talented actor and an inspirational individual who affected all of our lives,” Feige said. “His portrayal of T’Challa the Black Panther is iconic and transcends any iteration of the character in any other medium from Marvel’s past. It’s for that reason we will not recast the character.”
