LAS VEGAS – July 6, 2023 – PRLog — Kameelah “Meelah” Williams lead singer of the 90’s trio 702based out of Las Vegas. Meelah is a singer/songwriter, actress and founder of P.R.O.U.D (Parents Reaching Out to Understand Developmental Delays) an organization dedicated to autism and special needs awareness. Meelah decided to write her first children’s book dedicated to her son Zac called “Zac’s Favorite Socks”.
Zac is excited to start the first grade. He’s up early eager to have a great day. When he realizes that his favorite socks are missing everything changes. He’s bummed out and suddenly not as excited to get to school. How is he supposed to make it through the day without his socks? And more importantly, will he ever see them again?
Meelah will be doing an upcoming book tour and signing in Las Vegas. She will also be doing signings in other cities soon. Meelah is also currently touring with 702. Between being a mom, singer, author, and running a non-profit she keeps a very busy schedule. Meelah is an advocate for autism and does speaking engagements on being a parent of a child with autism. This is her first children’s book in the series for Zac. Look for more in the future. Meelah spends her time between her hometown of Las Vegas and Atlanta.
