Esther Mania came across two significant challenges in life. One was the fear of failure, while the other was balancing responsibilities since she was a mom.

“I overcame the fear of failure through my WHY. I ensured my WHY for success was more significant than my fear of failing, and loss was not an option. Being a single mother in a foreign country is challenging; friends, community, and relating with people who have gone through something similar gave me the motivation to keep going.”

According to Esther, becoming a mom changes everything. Her baby’s smiles make everything better for her. Since her responsibilities have increased, she doesn’t hesitate to outsource a lot of things. She has accepted that she needs help occasionally so she can focus on her superpowers.

Suddenly, having so many responsibilities was not easy for Esther, and this is what she has to say to people, “It’s not easy; you’ll be scared, but don’t overthink it. Just do it.”

Esther Mania became a target of racism, and she was always affected by it until she learned the ‘Let Them Theory.’

“If someone rejects me because of my skin color, LET THEM. It has nothing to do with me. It has everything to do with them.”

Furthermore, Esther believes mentorship is important in one’s life. Esther’s coach helps her navigate things. This also prevents her from making mistakes in business and saves money learning through other people’s experiences.

“I continuously invest in myself through mentorship and learning. Also, I have people who hold me accountable for my goals.”

In addition to mentorship, Esther believes self-care also plays a crucial role in one’s life. It not only helps an individual look good but also adds to their productivity simultaneously.

“Self-care is everything because if you look good, you feel good; if you feel good, you are productive and achieve the goals set.”

Esther’s goal was to take a road trip with her child for a change of environment. And she successfully did it before the end of summer.

“We just came from the road trip, and it was fantastic. We had a great time.”
