Ima a hairstylist and influencer from Milwaukee Wisconsin.
You’re also known as “The Lace Assassin,” how did that come about?
It’s a self-proclaimed title I gave myself, I wanted a name that set myself apart from others.
Have you always had a desire to be in the beauty industry, specifically laces?
Yes, growing up beauty was all around me so I was heavily influenced, however, I’ve recently dropped lace from my Instagram name as I’m looking to explore other avenues of beauty
You’ve also taught lace classes. Can you tell us more about that?
Starting out I didn’t have many options to learn about doing wigs, so I want to inspire and teach others.
Where would you like to see your company in the next 3 to 5 years?
I would like to grow to be a household name and explore other ways to express my craft.
