Norma Intriago is an experienced leader with a career spanning nearly three decades in corporate sales and nonprofit development across four continents. She has a unique blend of experiences, from working with vulnerable populations in Nevada to developing and implementing cross-sectoral programs globally. Norma has held significant positions with Communities In Schools of Nevada, Capital Consulting, and the Catholic Near East Welfare Association, including serving on the NGO Committee on Children’s Rights and the United Nations Working Group.
Norma joined Dress for Success Southern Nevada in 2021. As the organization’s Executive Director, she is responsible for leading Dress for Success Southern Nevada’s mission, vision, values, and strategy, overseeing program expansion plans, and leading revenue-generation programs, including corporate partnerships, foundations, and individual giving.
Dress for Success Southern Nevada is a leading nonprofit employment resource for women in the Las Vegas Valley. Their mission is to empower women in the community to become economically independent by providing them professional attire, a network of support, and the development tools to help women thrive in work and life.
DFS believes every woman must realize her full potential and move towards financial independence in a more egalitarian world. They believe women can lead more balanced, safer, and enriched lives with the proper education, tools, and support.
With one in six families in Nevada living in poverty, addressing women’s needs is critical to improving the quality of life of families and children in our community. Therefore, DFS Southern Nevada provides women free program services at no cost to their clients to help them get employed and advance in their careers. Some of those free services include Career Coaching and Job Readiness, Upskilling & Reskilling, Networking & Community Services, and Styling & Professional Attire.

Based on the client’s need, a woman is matched with a personal DFS Stylist – Image Coach, Career Coach, or Mentor. This is in addition to group learning experiences that a client may need and benefit from, such as financial and digital literacy, lunch and learns workshops, sponsored conferences, and events to democratize networks and expand access to professional women and subject matter experts. We are focused on female empowerment, and we are a one-stop shop for self-esteem.”
