She is a mother of four and also co-hosts a podcast with her besties from college called Heauxmgirls, where they tackle important issues that affect women. Our courses are designed to be engaging and informative, covering topics that are relevant to tax professionals. Our mentorship program is tailored to each individual, helping them to develop a CEO mindset and the skills they need to scale their businesses to six figures and beyond. Our ultimate goal is to help tax professionals become experts in their field and achieve their goals.

Certainly! At Express Tax Software Solutions, we’ve been able to achieve significant growth in a short period of time by focusing on several key areas:

What are three different strategies you would like to share with small business owners to increase their bottom line?

As a tax business strategist and mentor, I have worked with many small business owners to help them increase their revenue and improve their bottom line. 

Here are three strategies that I would recommend:

  • Streamline operations: One of the biggest ways to increase profitability is to streamline operations. By reviewing current processes and identifying inefficiencies, you can save time and reduce costs. This can include automating certain tasks, using software to manage inventory and finances, and outsourcing non-core activities.
  • Focus on marketing: Effective marketing is essential for any small business looking to grow. This can include building a strong online presence, leveraging social media to connect with customers, and creating targeted advertising campaigns. It’s also important to regularly analyze marketing efforts to determine what is working and what needs to be improved.
  • Diversify revenue streams: Relying on a single product or service can be risky for a small business. By diversifying revenue streams, you can reduce the impact of economic downturns and take advantage of new opportunities. This can include expanding into new markets, launching new products or services, or partnering with other businesses to offer complementary offerings.

Do you have any new projects coming up? 

Yes, we have just completed a major project at Express Tax Software Solutions. We recently launched a new online course designed specifically for tax preparers who are looking to expand their businesses by offering tax planning services to their clients. The course covers topics such as tax planning strategies, software tools for tax planning, and how to market tax planning services to clients. We are excited to offer this course as we believe it will be a valuable resource for tax preparers who are looking to grow their businesses and offer more value to their clients.
