It’s time to move for the month of April.  April is designated as National Move More Month.  Let’s get up and move from the couch with Anja Young of the Young and Fearless Athletic Center.  Anja specializes in fitness and dance training for youth and families. Anja grew up in a military home and always welcomed a good push-up challenge.  She would also enjoy watching her military dad workout in the home.

Anja loves to motivate people on a fitness journey in a fun way.  From offering her diverse personal training skills, adult cardio courses  to specific athletic training and extreme performance jump rope; she is impacting the world of fitness.  What about kids? Yes! She empowers youth from baby athletes to pro athletes through her pom pom classes, dance courses and more throughout the community.  Anja is successfully incorporating movement, fitness and athleticism one class at a time.

She doesn’t just talk the talk either.  Her level of expertise is extensive.  She graduated from Columbia College of Chicago with a degree in Dance Education. Anja also holds personal trainer certification from the American Council Exercise and the American Red Cross in First Aid/CPR/AED.  Her brand is even available virtually for movement courses due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. With each new day the Young and Fearless brand is empowering movement for all through quality sports, fitness and dance classes.  Follow Anja Young on Instagram and on the official Young and Fearless website
