Boasting collaborations with Prince, Nas, Ne-Yo, Mac Miller, and other legendary artists, MonoNeon has solidified himself as music force of nature. Flea of the Red Hot Chili Peppers has referred to Mono as “the greatest fucking electric bass player” and Fender released a signature MonoNeon Bass Collection, which included the MonoNeon Jazz Bass V Signature. Self-described as quirky, the quilted clothing often worn by the artist gives him a signature look to match his signature sound and digital content that has amassed over 450K followers in Instagram and millions of views. His distinct blend of funk, hip-hop, blues, and a myriad of other influences are fused to create what can only be described as a sonic quilt.

“Segreghetto” followed on the heels of Quilted!,” a funky early taste of MonoNeon’s upcoming album, Quilted Stereo, with a feature by Parliament-Funkadelic’s George Clinton. Fans can look forward to another iconic collaboration on the album with a Mavis Staples feature to come.
