As the only girl in a family of four, Nielah Burnett is no stranger to adversity. Because of her dream of cultivating a holistic wellness center that offered products and services that were conducive to the needs of people who had minimal access to wellness care, she moved to Nashville, TN in 2011.

She started small by vending fresh fruit smoothies at many of Nashville’s most popular outdoor food festivals, like the African Street Festival, Hot Chicken Festival, Let Freedom Ring 4th of July Festival, Jefferson Street Jazz and Blues Festival, TSU Homecoming, Celebrate Nashville Festival, and the Back to the Bridge Mixer, which led to Nielah opening a storefront.

Inspired by the Stage 4 diagnosis of her mother as well as recovering from a miscarriage, Nielah decided to launch a wellness business. Now, Nielah is a well-known speaker and the owner of InnerG based in north Nashville. The company specializes in cold-pressed juices that are fresh and handcrafted for everyday luxury. Moreover, InnerG Yoga is a personalized yoga experience, that assists clientele with the flow through life – on and off of the mat. With juice and yoga housed under one brand, local wellness enthusiasts are unstoppable. For more information on InnerG Juice & Yoga, click here.
