Life is all about preparation. They say with a plan, you’re far more likely to succeed, but how far do your plans stem? Have you thought about the plan that occurs once it’s your time to transition? These are all questions I’ve found quite puzzling but also very eerie to think about, but I met end of life doula, Ashley Johnson. I know what you’re thinking, when you hear the term doula – your mind may automatically go to a birthing doula but they’re actually one in the same. While speaking to Ashley she explained, “The word ‘doula’ comes from the Greek term for a female servant and is often used by people who provide support and comfort to people during pregnancy and -more recently – to those who are dying,
