Hip-hop trailblazers Salt N Pepa legacy will forever live on the dynamic duo started from humble beginnings out of New York when it all started as a dream. Salt-N-Pepa didn’t let hardship get in there way to success the group sold over 15 million records worldwide, making them one of the bestselling rap acts of all time.
The trio won their first Grammy in 1995 after being nominated several times. Their success in rap and hip hop culture has earned them their spot on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame as the “The First Ladies of Rap and Hip-Hop.”
Their fans are excited as they continued to inspire and impact Black culture through hip hop , fashion and business. Other rap legends will pay homage like MC Lyte and Roxanne Shante as guest speakers at the official ceremony on November 4, 2022. We’re so proud of the rap duo and wish them much more success!
