I think a congratulations is in order for all of us. We’ve made it through the first quarter of 2020! We’ve overcome cultural tragedies and celebrated personal triumphs, which deserves a pat on the back. While this year is still fresh, we have also seen a few trends in beauty evolve and progress forward. Recently, we linked with beauty powerhouse Unilever to discuss some of the trends that are happening and a few to be on the lookout for in the coming months.

Gen Z is on the rise

The next time you think about dismissing Generation Z, think again. This subgroup, which includes anyone born in the mid 1990’s to early 2000s, requires intimate and personal relationships with brands. Unilever is leading the world pack in engaging them by creating authentic spaces and unapologetically standing on their aligned values.
