This palette includes 12 universal neutral shades. I feel like the brand did an amazing job at creating this palette because they considered every skin tone. I also love that the palette includes all matte shades because I’ve never been a huge fan of glitter on the eyes. Not only do they blend like a dream but they are so smooth and rich in color. It’s affordable and high in quality – you just can’t go wrong here.
