Simone Biles has made history making her sixth appearance at the world championships in gymnastics. Biles secured her spot in the last round by outscoring Shi Jones and Skye Blakely on the vault with a final score of 55.700, while Shi Jones had 55.300, and Skye Blakely scored 55.000.  Although the competition was close between these ladies Biles’s edge earned her for the World Championships team, with the complete lineup set to be revealed on Wednesday night.

Biles was the first to achieve this and the oldest woman to win an all-around title, following her challenges with the “twisties” during the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. We congratulate the champ and send her best wishes on her journey on the World Championship Team!
