Working in the music industry comes with its own hardships and battles that most of the public eye don’t get to see. But when it’s all said and done, it’s those moments of celebrating all the hard work that means the most.

On Wednesday, January 31st, Billboard celebrated their 2024 Power List by throwing a beautiful event at Neuehouse in the Heart of Hollywood, California. Taking place in the early evening right in the middle of Grammys week, the highly-anticipated event was to honor all the Power 100 nominees, celebrating them for their notable achievements.

The event also marked Billboard’s exciting new partnership with Tres Generaciones®, a tequila brand that’s known for its smooth, agave forward flavor. Drinks for the evening consisted of the Tres ‘73, which includes Tres Generaciones® Anejo, lemon juice, simple syrup, and champagne.

For those who got to view the physical copy of the Billboard magazine will see Taylor Swift on the cover, who holds the #1 spot on the coveted Billboard 100 list. Throughout the evening, awards were presented to major executives such as Lucian Grainge, CEO of Universal Music Group, and Jody Gerson, CEO of Universal Music Publishing Group.

The highlight definitely arrived when SZA and Top Dawg took the stage, with a heartwarming intro by Clive Davis.

The room was filled with all the biggest tastemakers in the city of Angels, a reminder that no dream is too big no matter what industry you’re in.
