Q: What inspired you to create the Ubiquitous Women’s Expo?

GBL: As a woman of color, I recognized the need for a dedicated space where women like us could come together, celebrate our achievements, and empower each other. I wanted to create an event that showcased the beauty, wellness, and health of women of color while providing valuable resources for personal and professional growth.

Q: How does “The Power of Us” theme resonate with the expo’s mission?

GBL: “The Power of Us” signifies the strength that we possess when we come together as a community. It acknowledges the collective power, resilience, and influence that women of color hold. By fostering unity and empowerment, we can achieve incredible things and overcome any obstacles that come our way.

Q: What can attendees expect from this year’s Ubiquitous Women’s Expo?
