Beyoncé can’t stop, wont’ stop. Just a few days after jumping onto Megan Thee Stallion’s “Savage Remix,” she’s going back to her roots to offer relief to her hometown of Houston, Texas.

In an official press release from Bey’s BeyGOOD foundation, Queen B wants to promote testing to those who have had difficulty getting tested in H-town.

Her mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson said, “The virus is wreaking havoc on the Black community so we need a movement to prioritize our health. We are all in this together. But we have to look at what is happening in our Black and Brown communities and how they are being decimated by COVID-19.”

This initative called, #IDIDMYPART will officially kick off this Sunday, May 10th on Mother’s Day. They will provide 1,000 free testing kits, masks, gloves, supplies for the home, and vitamins. Testing will be offered free of charge under safe conditions.

Just recently, Beyoncé teamed up with Twitter CEO Jack Doresey to donate $6 million to organizations aiding mental health and wellness in Houston!
