Join us as fitness guru, Kola Redd guides us through four easy workouts you can do at home or in the gym!
WORK OUT 1: Squat & Press
Squat and bring your arms up with or without weights. If you’re not using weights, use your hands. Complete four sets.
WORK OUT 2: Lunge with a Curl
With a ten pound dumbbell, lunge forward, and curl up. Without a weight, hold your first together, lunge forward, and curl up. Complete four sets.
WORK OUT 3: Weighted Standing Crunch
Hold your weight to the side, come across the body, and bring your leg and arms together. Alternate sides. Without weights, take your hands up and come across the body. Alternate sides. Complete four sets.
WORK OUT 4: Twist, Lunge, & Punch
With smaller weights, squat down, reach across turning your whole body, and push out. Alternate sides. Without weights, just use your fist to punch across. Alternate sides. Complete four sets.
