Over the weekend, Legendary actress Whoopi Goldberg tested positive for Covid-19. Co-host Joy Behar shared the news with viewers of the ABC show Monday, saying, “Whoopi, unfortunately, tested positive over the break, but she will hopefully be back next week,” Behar said. “Her symptoms have been very, very mild, but we are being super cautious here at The View.”
Behar also added that they might remotely check-in with Goldberg throughout the week. As of now, the host will appear remotely as production rethinks their current operations. Get well soon, Whoopi!
