“If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan, not the goal”

When we get discouraged, we start to believe that where we are today is where we’ll be forever. In reality, as long as you work hard and improve, that’s simply not possible.

It’s all about having the drive to be better than you were.

The easiest way would be setting a goal and sticking to it by any means necessary. Goals are set into place for many reasons, but the main reason is to improve and live a better life.

In my opinion, there is no such thing as not being able to achieve a goal that you created. If you face challenges in the process, then you clearly need to think of another plan. Plans are stairways into the goal. The goal itself is the ending point.

We often get those two mixed up and that’s where the discouragement comes in. It’s okay to change a plan, that’s completely normal. You’re trying to figure out the best process to get you to where you need to be.

The right plan will effortlessly lead you into the goal and beyond. Just because you’re at step one right now, does not mean you’ll be there in the next few months or so.

However, you have to start somewhere. There are 1% of people in this world who haven’t struggled to get where they are. That’s only because they were born into wealth.

So if you’re discouraged right now, please don’t give up.

As long as you stay motivated and follow the right plan, you’ll be fine.
