Be patient with yourself and practice self-care. Let yourself know it is ok to feel very different emotions on any given day and it is a great time to focus on yourself through self-awareness, spiritual growth, and maybe just trying something new!

  • Taking a walk in your neighborhood
  • Dance around the house to your favorite song
  • Join fitness group i.e boot camp.
