  1. 10 DB Front Squat
  2. 20 Bicycle Cycle
  3. 12 Alternating DB Lunges
  4. 20 Plank Twist

1 minute break between circuit.

Second Circuit

  1. 10 DB Shoulder Press
  2. 10 DB Deadlifts
  3. 10 Burpees
  4. 20 Alternating Bird Dogs


I think one of my go-to meals is preparing a whole roast chicken. I love preparing a roast chicken because I can make so many meals throughout several days with the roast chicken meat. Salads, chicken accompanied with steamed veggies, sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc. Roast a whole chicken in your oven and you’re good for a minimum of 3-days!
