My go to work out that guarantees me a good sweat, and burn is 100 burpees followed by an hour of cardio (jogging or elliptical). Working out makes me feel good from the inside out.


I eat healthy in moderation but I also allow myself a cheat day to eat whatever I want once a week.  Staying mentally and physically healthy is a major key to my happiness and success.
