Weight training is my go-to workout. Not only does it help with strengthening the body, but weight training also helps with burning additional stored up calories and with shaping the body. Weight training is a great addition to cardio workouts as well.
I love a high protein/low carb meal. For breakfast I have mixed spinach, eggs, turkey sausage or turkey bacon, with cheese.
