Create a self love/self help ritual. One that you do as often as possible to show your mind, body, and soul some TLC

I created something I do daily called “Mind, Body, & Soul” mornings. I show love to each aspect of me.
Mind: Read or listen to something uplifting or motivational.
Body: Some type of physical activity to get you moving and stretching.
Soul: I journal and meditate to tap into deeper parts of myself.. You can do whatever resonates with you like prayers etc.
