Wake up about 15 mins earlier than you have to and do 3 sets of 25 squats to activate them glutes, 3 sets of 25 crunches and bicycles to activate that core, and follow by 3 sets of 10-12 push-ups. Of course this is for beginners and can be adjusted as needed. It Jumpstarts your day.. gets your blood flowing and gives you energy that you didn’t know you had! Do it with your eyes closed if you need to, do the crunches in the bed or while watching the news before work.. JUST DO IT!!
