What makes your business unique?
Constance: Our team is dedicated to providing quality staffing services with integrity and professionalism. Building strong partnerships and a supportive community to place the overlooked candidate with top employers to retain and grow. We strive to make a positive impact on individuals’ lives by helping them find fulfilling careers and empowering businesses to thrive through access to exceptional talent. At the core of our mission is the belief that when people are placed in the right roles, organizations can reach their fullest potential.
We are driven by our values of integrity, assurance, service, flexibility, collaboration, and relationship building, which guide us in every decision and interaction. Our ultimate goal is to not only meet but exceed the staffing needs and expectations of our clients and candidates, creating a positive and transformative experience for all.
Do you believe in work-life balance? If so, how do you maintain it?
Constance: I believe work-life balance is achievable when one reaches a particular level in their career. Currently, I juggle growing a business, and my household and find time quarterly to take a break before I crash.
Who is your business role model? Why?
Constance: Oprah Winfrey and Richard Branson. Oprah is the best example of a leader’s perseverance, empathy, and using her platform for positive change while connecting with people. Richard has that entrepreneurial fearlessness in pursuing new ventures breaking the traditional mold.
What is your proudest business accomplishment?
Constance: We closed on our first office space, earlier this year, in August.
What’s your best piece of advice for aspiring and new entrepreneurs?
Constance: Have thick skin, research everything, be intentional with your time, and create you network/collation within your industry. I am the queen of “I know someone.”
