Congratulations are in order for award-winning actress, Regina King!

Just yesterday, King joined by Ava DuVernay, Logan Browning, and her family all gathered outside the TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX in Hollywood to see her leave her permanent mark on The Hollywood Walk of Fame.

King cemented her hands and bare feet along with her signature name with the message, “There’s no place like home!” King has been acting since the age of 14. She starred in the ’80s sitcom, 227 and her first film was Boyz in the Hood in 1991.

Today, she is an Academy Award-winning actress and has many honors under her belt.

Her next film project is a Netflix original film titled, The Harder They Fall, alongside Idris Elba, Jonathan Majors, and Zazie Beetz. It will stream on Netlix on November 3rd.
